What's the processing time for orders?

Our processing time for all orders is 2-5 business days and shipping times can vary from 4-7 business days. Please note that most businesses experience longer processing times during peak seasons such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. 

Can I change or modify an existing order?

Please double check ALL order details prior to placing your order! Once an order is placed, this is sent to our production team for fulfillment. If it has been less than 12 hrs since you placed your order, please send us an email at support@totiando.com with your order number. While we can't make any promises, we will do our best to assist you with your request. 

What if something is wrong with my order?

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at support@totiando.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. 

Shipping Questions

My package says delivered but I haven't received it.

If your package says delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend reaching out to your local post office to see if it was taken to a different location or facility. If after 14 days you still haven't located your package, please contact us by emailing support@totiando.com.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we are only shipping items within the US. 

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently we only offer standard shipping on all orders. 

Returns & Exchanges

While we do our best to ensure all orders are processed correctly, we gladly accept returns & exchanges under the following circumstances: 

1) The product arrived damaged or defective. 

2) You received the wrong color / size / or design.
